Exploring natural modalities of healing our 5 bodies, this month we talk about Colour and light and the role they play on our health and how we can effect actual change just by paying attention to the colours around us and how to supplement a certain light frequency in our lives. There are many techniques and easy to use method that cost very little. We also touch on which colour would be beneficial for several issues. I am not a doctor and do not provide diagnostics, only what is know to work through research on certain illness. You should still continue your usual course of treatment and if you decide to use light therapy you do so at your own risk. This is intented as information about what is available and not a recommended course of treatment.
